Uma’s goal is simple but powerful: to cook for seven full days non-stop and raise $100,000 to support No Limits Perth’s New Building Fund. Every dish cooked during this extraordinary event will help us move closer to a new space that can serve even more local families in need.

The Challenge

The current record is held by Evette Quoibia from Melbourne, who achieved an incredible 140 hours, 11 minutes, and 11 seconds of non-stop cooking in February 2024 — almost six days straight.Uma is determined to go one step further, pushing to reach the seven-day mark right here in Perth.

This challenge will test endurance, focus, and heart — but Uma’s motivation goes far beyond the record books. It’s about using his passion for food to bring the community together and raise vital funds for a cause that gives back every single day.
