GUIDE FOR CASEWORKERS
Please note that Kathy or Janine are the main contacts for all Household Good Assistance Requests.
Operation Set Times: Monday and Wednesday 8.30am to 3.30pm (phone calls and/or emails returned mostly on these days)
Deliveries only on Monday and Wednesday
We require payment before any deliveries can be booked in (as we use an external delivery company that requires payment). Caseworkers are to follow up with their own accounts department to confirm payment is made at least 72 hours prior to any proposed delivery time (our Volunteers are unable to follow up the status of your payments)
Volunteers are not allowed to lift and load items, if collections are arranged - please bring a suitable vehicle & extra hands to help
Household Goods Collection Address: Unit 1, 86 Inspiration Drive, Wangara (By appointment only)
Please also note that there is no food distribution from this location
WHITEGOODS, DELIVERY AND ADMIN COSTS:
White Goods (Washing Machine/ Fridge & Freezer) – There is a cost of $300 each (with a warranty of 3 months within 20km from Wangara)
Delivery cost estimate (use external transport service provider)
North of River $395 - $495
South of River $495 - $550
Delivery of White goods only $95 - $150
There is an Admin Fee to No Limits Perth for all deliveries of $75 for agencies & $50 for individuals
