We’re incredibly grateful for every generous donation we receive — because it’s not just about furniture or homewares, it’s about restoring dignity, comfort, and hope to someone doing it tough.

We regularly pass on pre-loved household items to individuals and families rebuilding their lives after crisis, hardship, or loss. From beds and bedding to lounges, dining tables, and kitchen essentials, these donations help turn empty spaces into safe, welcoming homes.

But just as important as what we give is how we give it. We want every person we support to know they’re valued and respected — and that starts with the quality of what we pass on.

If you wouldn’t use it in your own home, it’s probably not right for us to give to someone else. We kindly ask that all donated items are clean, undamaged, and in good working condition. This means no rips, stains, broken parts, or items that need repairs. Our rule of thumb? Let’s give our best to those who need it most.
